Making A PurchaseBy submitting an order, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of the Draper Gardening website. DeliveryRecorded Delivery (3 Working Days):
Orders received before midday on normal working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) will be delivered within three working days. Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be processed and despatched on the next working day and you will receive your order within three working days of then. Please also note that whilst we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible we cannot guarrantee the above delivery schedule as deliveries are done by a third party courier company. Please ensure that there will be someone available to accept delivery of your order as a signature will be required. Unable to Deliver
If in the event the carrier is unable to deliver your goods (nobody present to receive the goods & sign) a card will be left with a reference and contact number. Please contact the depot to arrange for re-delivery, or alternatively a collection from your local depot. AFTER CARDING THE PREMESES TWICE THE GOODS WILL NORMALLY BE HELD FOR 5 DAYS BEFORE BEING RETURNED TO US. IN THE EVENT OF THIS YOU WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE.

Back OrdersIf your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Order CancellationIf you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued. You must phone us immediately (not email) should you wish to cancel goods as any purchases that have left our warehouse will be subject to the returns charges listed. If you wish to cancel an order or return any unwanted items that have allready been dispatched you must do this within 30 days of receiving the goods. You will be required to pay any return postage costs and for the original carriage of those products. You can opt to make arrangements for return yourself. If we have to arrange collection by courier most items incur a £25 + vat collection fee, original shipping is charged at £5.50 for smaller items up to 20kg, then 20p per kilo thereafter. Once returned in original condition ready for re-sale we will issue a refund minus any relevent delivery costs.

Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
